Responsibilities include owning and managing the portfolio with accurate service quality; serving as the primary account lead for renewals and service delivery; coordinating with cross-functional teams; preparing renewal and stewardship materials that translate financial, utilization, and service data into actionable insights for clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders; monitoring performance, utilization trends, and renewal activity; identifying risks and escalating concerns; responding to benchmarking requests and client-specific analyses; and providing guidance and mentorship to Account Managers.
