Loan Sales Representative is an on-site position based at the Savannah, Georgia branch. The successful candidate will use interpersonal skills and product knowledge to meet customer needs, collaborate with the Branch Manager and staff, and promote loan products and services to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include recommending products to support branch sales goals and customer expectations, marketing branch products to customers and prospects, conducting collection calls as needed to arrange payments, originating new loans with both new and existing customers, developing knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools, ensuring customer information is accurate and interactions are properly documented, consistently meeting or exceeding branch and individual goals, engaging in conversations with customers to identify needs and respond promptly, building internal and external relationships, maintaining customer confidentiality, complying with all policies and procedures, and adhering to State and Federal regulations. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to work onsite at the branch (working from home is not permitted). Candidates should be able to meet licensing requirements for various states, demonstrate the ability to analyze information and apply judgment, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, be action-oriented, and have strong verbal and written communication, with proficiency in MS Office.
