You will oversee regional 3PL partners to ensure a high-velocity, cost-efficient outbound fulfillment operation and own the analytics of the fulfillment spend, identifying margin leakage and optimizing carrier networks. What you’ll do: Lead regional outbound operations across the daily fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring 3PL partners meet SLAs for order processing, packaging quality, and carrier handoffs. Oversee regional fulfillment and outbound shipping budgets, identifying opportunities to reduce cost per order through zone skipping, carrier diversification, and packaging optimization. Partner with Data/Systems to build dashboards tracking OTIF and shipping margin leakage; direct fulfillment analytics. Collaborate on new product launches and seasonal surges; model fulfillment costs and ensure regional infrastructure handles volume spikes and handling requirements. Evolve outbound routing guides for cost-effective carrier selection while maintaining the promised Estimated Delivery Date. Integrate exception and recovery data into continuous improvement; analyze failed delivery trends to reduce reshipment costs. Mentor junior coordinators on analytical rigor and using logistics data to justify operational changes and vendor negotiations.
