This role reports to the Controller and will prepare journal entries, monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts, and maintain the fixed asset system across multiple entities. Responsibilities include assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, analyzing financial information, assisting with sales and property tax compliance, and providing KPI reports to management. The position also supports annual planning, inventory costing, and general ledger reconciliations to internal inventory systems, with ad hoc reporting as needed. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 1–3 years of experience preferred; analytical and detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong verbal/written communication. Desired: prior experience in a manufacturing environment or accredited lab; public accounting experience is a plus. This position is based in Westlake, Ohio, United States.
