Graphcore is seeking an experienced System Level Test Engineer to join the Product Test and Diagnostics (PTD) team in Austin, Texas. You will develop and deploy SLT solutions for next-generation AI processors, working with hardware, software, validation and manufacturing teams to create test content, automation, diagnostics, and characterization capabilities that support silicon bring-up, yield learning, and manufacturing readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor test and validation, excellent debugging skills, and a passion for improving product quality and manufacturability. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining SLT test content and automation, performing characterization, margining, reliability screening, and data analysis; supporting SLT hardware and test boards; integrating workloads into the SLT environment; debugging failures and conducting root-cause analysis; developing software tools and automation flows; improving test coverage and manufacturing readiness; collaborating with Design, DFT, Silicon Validation, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and OSAT teams; transferring SLT solutions into production and assisting ramp activities; mentoring junior engineers.
