You will lead the quality strategy across one or two cross-functional mobile product teams, develop and maintain automated tests (Appium/BrowserStack), and push AI-assisted QA beyond test generation with autonomous exploratory testing and intelligent orchestration. You will partner with engineers, product, and design to identify gaps, reduce flakiness, and ship with confidence. Our stack includes Flutter & TypeScript, Appium, BrowserStack, Testmo, GCP, GitHub Actions, Datadog, and AI-assisted tooling. Requirements include 5+ years of QA experience across manual testing, automation, and test strategy; hands-on mobile test automation and cloud device farms; CI/CD integration; strong knowledge of mobile architectures and API integrations; practical experience leveraging AI in QA workflows. Bonus points for German language, energy/IoT or climate tech experience, startup experience, and familiarity with LLMs/AI agents in QA.
