Remote Security Engineer / Analyst is a role based in the United States. Ladder is seeking a cybersecurity professional who blends application security engineering with risk management to own the vulnerability management lifecycle within our development lifecycles. The position focuses on application security for our engineering teams, particularly in a Clojure-based backend, and requires you to review code and apply your functional programming experience to strengthen our shift-left security practices. In addition to application security, you will monitor cloud infrastructure, respond to security alerts, perform security risk reviews, support audits, and ensure our workspace remains secure and compliant.
