As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to setting up our portfolio of world-class clients for success through the development and delivery of transformational initiatives. You will collaborate daily with engineers and product teams, influence product roadmaps, apply software development best practices, and grow as an engineer by learning new technologies. The role may be filled as an individual contributor or a people manager with IC responsibilities.

Core responsibilities include technical impact (mentoring, ensuring code quality, debugging, designing scalable solutions, driving testing strategies, CI/CD involvement); business alignment (understanding client goals, identifying value-added improvements, helping with estimation and planning); collaboration with product and design leadership; roadmapping and cross-team coordination; autonomy in defining long-term roadmaps; problem solving and risk mitigation; leadership activities such as mentoring, leading projects, and representing the team in client conversations, while advocating for best practices and process improvements.
