Sellers & Associates is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Scrum Master to join our team. This full-time role will work with a team of software developers, designers, and strategists to modernize critical government systems and build internal tools. While the position is primarily remote, candidates must be able to attend in-person customer meetings at NAVSEA Headquarters in Washington, DC, as required.

Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, define priorities, and translate user needs into actionable technical goals and system requirements. - Plan and manage project roadmaps, release schedules, and dependencies across multiple development efforts. - Work with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver software solutions. - Create and maintain Jira epics, user stories, bugs, technical tasks, acceptance criteria, and testing requirements based on stakeholder discussions. - Independently convert meetings into Jira tickets, acceptance criteria, decisions, and follow-up actions. - Write and maintain technical documentation including requirements, software specifications, user guides, test plans, and deployment instructions. - Optimize internal processes and strengthen relationships between cross-functional teams. - Proactively identify and resolve blockers by engaging the right stakeholders. - Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders t
