Senior Software Engineer on Instacart's Marketing Enablement & Technology (MET) team, which builds the systems, APIs, and data pipelines powering Instacart's paid marketing channels. You will architect and scale backend services and ETL processes that enable marketing campaign execution, conversion tracking, and third-party integrations across Paid Social, Display, SEM, Online Video, Linear Television, and Streaming Audio. You will lead projects end-to-end, mentor engineers, and partner with Marketing, Operations, and Product leadership to shape technical direction and product strategy.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product stakeholders to influence features and requirements; balance technical trade-offs with business value and delivery timelines. Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and onboarding, contributing to team productivity via process improvements and automation.
