About the role
RPM Living is hiring a Community Manager for an on-site apartment community in Brazoria County, Texas, United States. The Community Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, lead staff, and drive resident satisfaction, occupancy, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Education and Experience:
- Lead property staff, oversee onboarding and training, approve timesheets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Drive performance indicators, provide feedback, and administer disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.
- Conduct ongoing training for office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
- Motivate team through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor adherence; complete month-end and year-end financial reporting with variance analysis within +/-10% per line item.
- Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of resident service.
- Analyze market trends and collaborate with Marketing to implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Follow eviction procedures as required.
- Manage client/owner relationships through meetings and property tours, providing updates and responding to owner requests.
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
