What you'll be responsible for: - Own the day-to-day operations of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality - Drive sales performance across the location, meeting revenue targets and KPIs - Set performance standards and maintain accountability through coaching and feedback - Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and aligned with Serenity's standard of service, while identifying and converting sales opportunities - Track location KPIs—sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores—and use data to inform operational and commercial decisions - Identify underperformance early and address it with clarity and follow-through
