This on-site role in Foxborough, Massachusetts, involves running pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners, educating them on our roofing solutions, and closing projects in-home. You will conduct professional roofing consultations, provide same-day estimates, and partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development. This is a 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings between $150K and $320K+ annually. Pre-set qualified leads mean you focus on closing rather than prospecting.
