Lockton Dunning Benefits is seeking a Senior Account Executive to proactively consult on and manage complex client accounts, optimize employee benefits plan designs, and collaborate with internal and external teams under the guidance of the Team Lead. This on-site role in Dallas, Texas requires delivering high-quality service and leading client engagements for both local and national accounts.

Key responsibilities: - Proactively manage all aspects of client accounts and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with service standards and timelines. - Build and expand relationships with executive-level clients and coordinate resources to address client needs. - Manage a complex book of business with diverse funding methods for local and national clients. - Drive discussions on plan performance and design; monitor trends and recommend improvements to employee benefit programs. - Identify and address client service issues; develop processes and policies to improve overall service. - Support new business development by collaborating with Producers in prospect meetings; serve as a technical SME and lead RFP processes with the Team Lead. - Develop and lead communications strategies, collateral materials, vendor implementations, and open enrollment meetings. - Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on trends, financial performance, and plan changes. - Stay current on industry data; work with the Team Lead to plan projects and assemble delivery teams to meet client goals. - Maintain knowledge of carrier/vendor products and provide appropriate
