Related Affordable is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at the Corona Park affordable housing community in Corona, California. You will work closely with the Community Manager to maintain a well-functioning, welcoming environment for residents, handling leasing activities, marketing efforts, resident recertifications, and general administrative duties to ensure efficient community operations. Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, rent collection assistance, delinquencies management, addressing resident concerns professionally, and organizing resident appreciation and retention events. Ensure adherence to affordable housing program requirements (e.g., HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC) by maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance audits. Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely, high-quality property upkeep. Assist in preparing reports to monitor community performance and identify areas for improvement. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime. Salary range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour; final compensation depends on experience and location.
