ICON is hiring a UX professional to own the user experience for a core product area within BuildOS, our software platform used by architects, builders, and construction operators. In this role, you will lead end-to-end UX work for tools that connect users to ICON's construction technology, from discovery research through design handoff. You will run customer interviews, map complex workflows, build prototypes, test them with real users, and write specs that engineering can build from. You will work alongside engineers, product leadership, and internal and external customers to shape what gets built and why. This role is based at ICON's Austin, TX office and reports to the Director of Product.
