Senior Program Manager – Supplier Sustainability (maternity cover) is a hybrid role based in Billund, Denmark or London, United Kingdom. The position reports to the Sr. Director of Environmental Sustainability in Procurement and helps shape and execute the long-term strategy for the LEGO Group's Supplier Sustainability Program, including future direction, KPIs, budgets, and roadmap. Responsibilities include developing the annual strategic plan, coordinating budgets, producing high-quality materials and executive reports, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional workstreams. You will own the Supplier Sustainability Program Plan, manage budgets and forecasts, drive delivery of strategic sustainability projects, and partner with project leads to navigate complexities. Lead the Enable workstream, improve governance and operating models, collaborate with procurement and environmental responsibility teams, and advocate scalable processes. Travel domestically and internationally as required. The position is based in Billund, Denmark or London, United Kingdom, with a hybrid policy of roughly three days per week in the office.
