This role sits primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings and meetings. You will lead safety planning, project controls, and procedures; manage the project financial forecast and billings; develop and execute quality and closeout plans; supervise and coach project teams including superintendents and engineers; develop subcontracting strategies; enforce contracts, mitigate risks, and maintain project documentation. Responsibilities also include CPM scheduling for large or complex projects, coordinating with business development to align with sales strategies, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 8–12 years of experience; strong technical and communication skills; ability to work in a team; proficiency with standard software (Microsoft Office).
