This on-site leadership role drives equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 production environment, blending technical depth with strategic planning across mechanical, electrical, controls, and facility systems. Key responsibilities include setting the plant engineering vision, establishing standards, approving equipment specifications, and guiding the automation roadmap. You will build and develop a high-performing maintenance and reliability team, partner with Operations, Quality, Sanitation, and Corporate Engineering, and lead TPM, CMMS optimization, RCA/FMEA, and RCm efforts to minimize unplanned downtime.
