Senior Product Designer based in San Diego, United States, reporting to the Product Design Manager on the Allergan Aesthetics Tech team. You will own end-to-end design across the Allergan Aesthetics software portfolio, including Allē, from early concept to shipped features. Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape product discovery, uphold UX standards, and maintain consistency. Design for both consumers and aesthetic providers, prototype ideas using AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, and produce production-ready blueprints in Figma with scalable components for engineers to build from. Partner with engineers to ensure feasibility, deliver high-quality handoff artifacts, and participate in visual QA. Contribute to the design system, run usability testing with user research and strategy teams, and translate complex constraints into clear design decisions during reviews with stakeholders across marketing, medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance. Qualifications include 7+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS platforms or large-scale consumer mobile apps, strong Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variables, prototyping), mobile-first design, accessibility, and design systems.
