Carvana is seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the full lifecycle recruiting for our Operations teams. This role will build, develop, and guide a recruiting team to meet high-volume hiring targets, while partnering with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and drive data-driven hiring decisions. Based at our Corporate HQ in Tempe, AZ, this on-site role will manage recruiting initiatives five days a week. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day full lifecycle recruitment for Operations (including hiring events and leadership recruiting where applicable), inspiring and mentoring the recruiting team to achieve KPIs and hiring targets, coaching team members on sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation, analyzing data to identify trends and improve recruiting effectiveness, and maintaining reports on staffing, candidate pipeline, and other metrics. Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and meet evolving hiring needs, develop a diverse toolbox of sourcing techniques, support leadership requisitions from sourcing to hire, ensure a candidate-centric approach aligned with Carvana's employer brand, and partner with Talent Development, HR Operations, and Operations leadership to translate talent needs into quality hires. Continually seek improvements to the candidate experience, interview practices, funnel-building, reporting, and the hiring manager experience. Other duties as assigned.
