The Program Manager position is responsible for leading onboarding, integration, training, and development for all associates across multiple Holder sites. This role ensures associates are integrated into the culture, expectations, and standards to build the skills required for individual and team success. The Manager serves as the primary liaison between project leadership, Human Resources, facilitators, and the Associate Development team to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience and drive team effectiveness during the first year of an associate’s transition. This is a full-time, in-person role and may be based at multiple project sites, including Indianapolis, IN; Atlanta, GA; and Columbus, OH.
