This role: Senior Product Manager to join AccuLynx in Beloit, Wisconsin, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will provide direction and vision to design and engineering teams, define the next generation of our products, manage team output, prioritize work, and help shape the product roadmap to maximize customer value and business impact. Responsibilities include guiding projects through development, collaborating with design and engineering to craft valuable experiences, validating market opportunities, translating customer and business needs into continuous product enhancements, coordinating with various parts of the organization to deliver high-impact solutions, applying creative problem solving, and analyzing data and feedback to measure results and prioritize opportunities. You will define and track key metrics, anticipate bottlenecks, manage tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints. You will write well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and work with the VP of Product to execute the roadmap and align team roadmaps.

Qualifications: 4+ years of software product management experience, with SaaS, e-commerce, or web-based services; excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
