We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. Your focus will be the Kotlin Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) and its React frontend—the service that composes personalised, dynamic landing pages to convert marketing traffic into registered, active members. You will ship real features to production from day one, working alongside senior and principal engineers who will support you and help you grow, and you will own what you build end to end. You will build and ship features across the Kotlin BFF and React frontend, contribute to both backend composition logic and frontend experiences, collaborate with product managers and designers to turn requirements into shipped, seamless user experiences, help implement personalisation, targeting, and A/B testing features, and deploy and run your services in a cloud-first AWS environment.
