Hera is building a new healthcare-focused profession: a dedicated care manager for families to close the last-mile gap in care. As a founding recruiter, you will be the right hand on talent, sitting close to the founders to understand why each role matters and how the company’s narrative evolves. You will own the entire recruiting funnel—from sourcing to screening to closing—across technical and business roles, and you will craft an exceptional candidate experience. You will hunt for talent using modern tools and AI, building a pipeline from zero and helping shape talent strategy, including which roles to open and what success looks like for each position. This role is in-person in New York, United States, and you will work with a founding team that has already raised $34M from Accel and Bain Capital Ventures and established partnerships with institutions such as Weill Cornell, NYU Langone, UCSF, USC, and Mount Sinai.
