Based in Thiendorf, Saxony, Germany with a hybrid work arrangement, FormFactor is seeking a Principal Engineering Program Manager to coordinate the activities of multiple departments for new product development or order fulfillment. You will serve as the main focal point for internal and external communications regarding the project and drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to deliver products that meet stakeholder needs. You will contribute to continuous improvement of both the project management function and the overall NPI process, coordinate all project team meetings, record meeting minutes and action items, and ensure they are shared with the team and stored in the project folder on the company network. You will develop and update project schedules and plans, and report at business review meetings and to the steering committee on potential schedule, performance, or cost risks to the successful completion of the project. You will escalate conflicts promptly to the reporting manager to enable rapid resolution, coordinate cross-department activities and lobby for resources as needed, and keep other departments up to date by inviting them to project meetings and sharing minutes and correspondence.
