You will manage support tickets within established SLAs, follow troubleshooting procedures, perform knowledge-base contributions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues. You may assist in onboarding new and existing agents into the Escalated Accounts space and monitor client-facing tools. The position is hybrid, based in Bellevue, WA, with two in-office days per week.
