Responsibilities
Your profile:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for employees and freelancers from onboarding to offboarding, in close alignment with management and the on-site HR Generalist.
- Lead recruiting and talent acquisition, including active sourcing, and collaborate closely with each Hiring Manager.
- Handle all people administration, including contract drafting and preparation, as well as payroll support.
- Drive HR projects, including developing and optimizing HR processes and policies, with a focus on Personio (e.g., streamlining onboarding and offboarding).
- Support employment-law questions and coordinate with external partners and service providers.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in an agile environment with broad HR Generalist know-how across recruitment, development, and operations.
- Hands-on mindset, structured, independent work style, and enthusiasm for project management.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with an empathetic demeanor and the ability to convey information clearly, respectfully, and appropriately for the audience.
- Understanding of the German education landscape and passion for lifelong learning, deeply embedded in our company DNA.
- Proficient with HR tools such as Personio and Google Workspace, and capable of leveraging modern AI applications to increase HR ef
