About the role
Formlabs is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States for an on-site role. You will be the primary gateway for our customers, delivering expert support and education that goes beyond problem-solving to empower users and ensure they stay printing. Responsibilities include handling customer cases through multiple channels (email and phone), responding within published service level agreements, logging all interactions, providing technical support and customer education, and dispatching replacement parts, hardware, and software per business guidelines. You will collaborate with services teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for the customer experience, while you learn our products and print for yourself and for customers.
