We are seeking a Controller Consultant to join our growing Financial Operations practice. As a Controller Consultant at Bridgepoint, you will serve as a strategic business partner to support clients with a range of interim and project-based accounting needs. What you’ll do: Work closely with clients providing senior financial management and accounting services with professionalism and client service. Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, legal advisors, tax advisors, and investors to achieve client success. Help companies execute growth strategies, take on new initiatives, and implement processes and improvements. Skills you’ll need: Required: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years as a Controller; Bachelor’s Degree; willingness to travel in your local market, while occasionally supporting national markets; strong desire for consulting-style work and delivering excellent customer service; experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department; track record of developing and optimizing the accounting and finance functions to support growth and scalability; interpersonal skills
