This on-site role leads a team of engineers responsible for maintaining the latest production technology, driving continuous improvement, Legionella management, energy efficiency initiatives, and environmental compliance, while ensuring buildings, plant and equipment are safe in design and operation. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the Head of Operations and will drive engineering strategy to support the business. Key responsibilities include managing and developing the engineering team, managing day-to-day site engineering activities, advancing engineering practices and projects, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Requirements: 5+ years in a fast-paced industrial engineering environment; people management experience; working understanding of Health & Safety legislation; strong multi-skilled technical abilities; strong written and verbal communication; IT literate; recognised electrical qualification.
