Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts. Monitor and control project costs, including labour, materials, and overheads. Track, analyse, and reconcile project expenses against budgets on a weekly and monthly basis. Prepare accounts receivable month-end journal entries, financial analyses, and account reconciliations. Support month-end close processes. Process sales invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner. Provide administrative support for accounts receivable activities. Ensure all reporting and processing deadlines are consistently met. Respond to financial information requests and assist with audits. Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies. Perform project and margin analysis to support business decision-making. Assist the Finance Manager with management accounting tasks as required. Carry out additional duties as directed by the Global Finance Manager.
