We are seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead transportation design projects across Wisconsin. Based in Town of Lafayette, Wisconsin, this hybrid role serves projects from our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire offices. Responsibilities include leading a project team to ensure quality work, developing and monitoring project budgets, managing project scope, schedule, and staffing, and communicating effectively with clients. You will ensure project-specific delivery requirements are met, lead project pursuits, secure contracts, and provide updates as requested. You will mentor staff and develop client and stakeholder relationships, collaborate with colleagues to enhance professional skills, and adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, 7+ years of relevant experience with leadership of projects, a Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred), and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong budgeting and project control skills, knowledge of client standards, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to worksites and meetings are essential. Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States (no sponsorship required). Occasional travel out of town and overnight stays may be required for professional development and project work.
