Senior Program Manager responsible for leadership, management, and execution oversight of contractor support to Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Installations and Logistics (I&L), and the Logistics Current and Future Operations Branch (LPOV). Serves as the primary contractor interface with Government leadership and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure contract requirements, deliverables, schedules, quality standards, and resource needs are met. Allocates personnel and resources, manages program risk, oversees schedules, travel budgets, and timely production of recurring reports such as Weekly Activity Reports (WARs) and Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Drives continuous process improvement initiatives in support of Marine Corps logistics modernization, Force Design, and future naval logistics initiatives. Required: U.S. Citizenship with an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; Bachelor's degree; eight years of DoD project/program management experience in logistics and/or technology development/integration; experience coordinating with HQMC and senior stakeholders; PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; ability to travel as required.
