Standard project management using best practices to ensure on-time delivery.
Execute project management methodology and operational execution while partnering with the IT team.
Develop project plans including staffing, responsibilities, and scheduling.
Define team member roles and expectations with the IT team and ensure timely feedback.
Ensure efficient use of project resources.
Create and manage project plans, risk mitigation, communication plans, resource requirements, costs, and other PM documentation.
Develop and/or review estimates for schedule, effort, and cost using established models and past experience.
Manage day-to-day activities across all phases: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment.
Coordinate activities with business owners, stakeholders, and support, technical infrastructure, and application teams.
Communicate with executive leadership to provide risk analysis, status, and requirements impact.
Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to document detailed requirements, processes, and data sources.
Review and manage changes to requirements via a formal scope change process.
