West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees. We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for in-home sales in Akron, Ohio, United States. The role uses the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements, with no cold-calling and all leads pre-set. The position follows a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4: Tue–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) and Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM). Sales appointments are typically about two hours each.
