Hybrid Digital Analytics Manager based in Manchester, United Kingdom. This role leads digital analytics across Co-op's digital platforms, including Food, Membership, the Co-op app, homepage and quick commerce experiences, and turns customer data into actionable insights to drive better digital journeys and business decisions. You will lead and develop a team of Digital Analysts, collaborate with product, marketing, technology and business teams, and use SQL to query data from a range of internal sources while ensuring data quality and accurate tagging. You will present complex analyses in a clear, engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences and help shape the future direction of the digital analytics capability across the business.
