Franjo Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to represent the firm in all facets of construction projects, from planning to closeout. This on-site role is based in Homestead, Pennsylvania, United States, and reports to the Operations department to ensure projects are planned, coordinated, and completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

What you'll do: - Lead projects as the client's main point of contact, and manage subcontractor relationships for contracts, scheduling, scope changes, RFIs, and pricing. - Establish and maintain project schedules; lead pre-construction planning and kick-off meetings. - Coordinate with accounting on budgeting, change orders, and invoicing; ensure timely payments. - Lead subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and contract negotiations; prepare subcontractor contracts. - Manage procurement, RFI processes, daily logs, subcontractor evaluations, and document control (e.g., project manual, closeout package, warranty info). - Ensure on-site field coordination, look-ahead scheduling, and distribution of look-aheads to superintendents. - Maintain issue/action logs and ensure punch lists are completed; present closeout packages to clients.
