The role: You will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to our people leaders, providing hands-on support and expert advice to help them manage and develop their teams. You will champion a great team experience, support navigating change, and ensure our culture stays strong. You will lead on key People projects and lifecycle stages, from talent and compensation reviews to process improvements, ensuring smooth operations. You will use data and metrics to guide decisions, including compensation data and headcount planning with Finance, ensuring smart, compliant governance.
