Overview The Italy Controller will act as the financial controller for Italy. The role is responsible for managing financial reporting and ensuring governance and compliance at the local level, aligning with Italian accounting standards, US GAAP, and PepsiCo frameworks. This position strengthens internal controls and enables timely, accurate financial reporting to headquarters. The holder will manage monthly financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and group reporting packages, in accordance with US GAAP and PepsiCo standards, ensuring all processes comply with PepsiCo Global Control Standards and policies, with a focus on financial reporting, inventory controls, cylinder management, and accounts receivable monitoring. The role will lead accounting and financial reporting projects aligned with business initiatives and will oversee corporate and statutory audits, collaborating on tax audits, and maintaining systems that ensure accurate financial reporting.
