Vitrolife Group is seeking a Digital Product Owner to take ownership of laboratory digital products and deliver meaningful outcomes in a regulated, fast-paced research and clinical environment. This role is based in Paterna, Valencian Community, Spain with a hybrid work arrangement. You will define the product vision and priorities for a key laboratory digital product, collaborating with lab scientists, QA/compliance, data stakeholders, and IT to build solutions that deliver value while maintaining compliance and data integrity. Responsibilities include owning and refining the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog based on value, risk, and dependencies, writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensuring delivered work meets quality, regulatory, and value requirements. You will act as the primary interface between the laboratory and development IT teams, engage stakeholders, and use data to guide product decisions. Requirements: experience as a Product Owner or Laboratory IT Product Manager, strong Agile experience, ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on backlog management, excellent communication, and comfort making decisions in a regulated environment. Nice to have: experience with LIMS/ELN or ERP/CRM in a lab context; familiarity with GLP/GMP; data-driven KPIs for lab operations.
