AXA Spain is seeking a Data Scientist to design and implement advanced analytics solutions using machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI (GenAI), and AgenticAI, applying emerging technologies to business challenges. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements and proposing AI solutions (traditional, GenAI, and AgenticAI), validating feasibility through proofs of concept; data preparation including tagging, cleaning, and exploratory analysis; modeling ML on structured and unstructured data, leveraging generative AI where appropriate, and developing AgenticAI for integration into the company’s technology ecosystem; defining performance metrics and GO/NO GO criteria; monitoring results by creating Power BI dashboards for internal and business teams; and clearly communicating technical solutions to business stakeholders, acting as a partner in AI solution development. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related field; strong Python and Spark (SQL and Scala desirable); ML, DL and LLM modeling; knowledge of AgenticAI; experience with Azure and Databricks; and insurance sector experience valued. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist, proficient English, and demonstrated analytical, proactive, collaborative, and leadership skills are expected.
