AXA Belgium’s Transformation Office is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join a team of about 50 specialists who drive change across the organization. The Transformation Office acts as the catalyst for changes within the company and fosters a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you will: establish the project charter in collaboration with the business to define and track the project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and risks; take end-to-end responsibility for projects, including planning, budget management, team leadership, delivering high-quality deliverables, and ensuring solutions meet organizational needs and quality standards; analyze business processes, document the current 'As-Is' state, and define the desired 'To-Be' state to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality; document processes, analyze gaps, and propose improvements; identify performance indicators related to processes (volume, lead time, workload) to drive sustainable improvements; frame projects with key stakeholders, identify solutions, outline an implementation plan, and coordinate the required resources and budgets; identify and manage strategic changes in the business and market, and integrate them into the organization in the best possible manner; act as an innovative facilitator across the entire company, coordinating activities according to priorities, skills, and client needs.
