Responsibilities include overseeing daily on-site activities for service projects, preparing and tracking service quotes and time-and-material work orders, and coordinating resource allocation. The role involves participating in project walkdowns with sales and site security staff, maintaining ongoing project engagement, attending weekly project review meetings, coordinating network IP coordination and resource requests, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure timely closure of work orders and projects. Key duties include documenting projects (RFIs, meeting minutes, punch lists, transmittal logs, submittal logs, change order logs, issues logs), preparing revenue forecasts and schedules of values, and optimizing gross margins through labor efficiencies, outsourcing, and purchasing strategies. You will update project schedules and budgets, manage change order reviews and pricing, and support service agreements by coordinating tasks and hours with the Service Delivery Manager. You will collaborate with the warehouse for deliveries and material handling, provide technical support, and assist with commissioning of simple control systems on small projects.
