Excella is seeking a Lead DevOps Automation Engineer to provide technical leadership in designing and optimizing Continuous Delivery (CD) solutions. The role drives DevOps automation strategy, cloud security, and infrastructure as code to ensure teams deliver high-quality software efficiently and securely. Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of enterprise DevOps solutions aligned with business goals, enforcing best practices across multiple teams, architecting automated infrastructure deployment in cloud environments, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, optimizing test automation, and developing test data management solutions. You will influence tooling for version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation, and provide mentorship to other DevOps engineers while communicating strategy to stakeholders. Qualifications include 6+ years in DevOps, automation, or cloud engineering; leadership in enterprise automation; expertise with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, CircleCI, TravisCI); advanced scripting in Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, or C#; strong cloud security, IAM, and network access management in AWS and/or Azure; proficiency with Bash or PowerShell; experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ECS; experience with AWS and Azure; solid background in configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Packer); familiarity with DORA metrics and Agile methodologies; excellent communication skills for engaging executive stakeholders.
