You will partner with operational leadership to hire drivers efficiently and promptly, delivering a first-class candidate experience aligned with the Ruan Guiding Principles. You will anticipate staffing needs, build relationships, and identify qualified prospects, while supporting local sourcing strategies and onboarding candidates through multiple channels. You will maintain consistent communication with operations, candidates, and the recruiting team.
