Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager — Hybrid, Stuttgart, Germany
We are seeking a Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager to act as the architect of our Google core. You will connect the entire Google ecosystem—from high‑end performance marketing and search to data & analytics and smart cloud infrastructures—into a single, scalable strategy. You will build this function from the ground up and make it a central driver of our growth and market success.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Develop the holistic Google strategy for eFLY from scratch and align it with long-term scalability and business impact.
- Define the tech stack, set up the required infrastructure, and drive operational and strategic execution.
- Be the go-to expert for the Google ecosystem, monitor tech trends and new features, and translate them into profitable business cases.
- Establish a sustainable integration of Google technologies into our business model and define KPIs for the future, including building your own team when the foundation is in place.
- Relevant experience in the Google ecosystem with demonstrable success in building channels or structures.
- Deep holistic Google know-how across performance marketing, technical infrastructure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong execution capability and willingness to set up the technical and operational foundation in the early phase.
- Data-driven mindset with clear KPI thinking and the ability to present complex reports to management.
- Self-starter with initiative and the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
