Based in Berlin, Germany (on-site), Kuro is the intelligent project data system for construction. We are building the core platform to enable AI-powered workflows for construction professionals and to make data accessible across back-office processes. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the platform at the heart of Kuro, shaping the data domain model, project graphs, ontologies, and essential services such as permissions, document versioning, lineage, and collaboration. You will work closely with the Co-Founder & CPO, platform engineering, design, and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure each investment accelerates future use cases and keeps the platform extensible and scalable. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, leading strategic initiatives across the project lifecycle, defining success metrics, using production data to iterate, and translating complex operational challenges into concrete product requirements. Requirements include 5+ years of product management experience building technical products (AI, automation, developer tooling, or enterprise software), experience shipping data platform APIs or graph/ontology-based systems, understanding of AI-native products in production, and fluency in German. Bonus: knowledge graphs, ontologies, startup experience, or construction tech experience.
