Senior Rehab Program Manager – Outpatient is a leadership role with Aegis Therapies, a national provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services. The successful candidate will support program managers across multiple Wisconsin sites, overseeing payroll, KPIs, staff orientation, and scheduling, while continuing to provide 50–60% direct patient therapy. Coverage includes Lake Country Senior Living in Hartland, The Waterford at Hartford, Heritage Court in Waukesha, and additional locations in La Crosse, Havenwood, and Springbrook of Onalaska.
