About the role
Job Title: Business Analyst – Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Modernization (Contract) Project scope: Support a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modernization initiative. The Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, documenting current and future processes, translating requirements into functional specifications, and supporting MES modernization initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; act as liaison between business and IT; analyze existing processes and recommend improvements; lead business design workshops; coordinate priorities across projects; track progress, risks, and KPIs; prepare status reports and deliverables; mentor junior team members and support business integration activities.
